  1. many erroros of fact. Magnesium Threonate and Magnesium Glycinate are not interchangeable for instance.

  2. Ive used Kava kava to help relax before going to sleep. Its good for the mind racing feeling. And zma zinc/magnesium/aspartate is helpful for getting better/longer deep REM sleep.

  3. Good grief, I been taking L-theanine recently snd ive been having crazy dreams. Not waking up however. Bizarre

  4. What about when stopping longterm medical marijuana and benzos ? M. Marijuana is from the pit of hell, people are so sleep deprived from taking it longterm for pain and drs just prescribe these horrible non-controlleds……

    People who have brain damage from drugs (regardless if legal) tryptophan to enhance serotonin and melatonin along w/glycine for REM sleep, GABA to calm the nervous system as benzos are GABA surrogates so it would make sense to have these plus L-theanine and glutamine ?
