  1. 2:32 the first two are very close to my favorite things to eat… ok I just saw the 3rd.
    I’m so grateful to my mother for feeding me how she did. There’s nothing that compares to the feeling of eating something and having it nurture and feed your body. Unless you’ve felt it with almost every meal consistently- you don’t know what it feels like to eat something that’s feeding your body

  2. Hi Doctor. In case you didn’t know, processed meat is a type 1 carcinogen for colon cancer (published by WHO in 2014). That’s the same type as tobacco for lung cancer. Shouldn’t be recommended.

    Also, daily exposure to dairy products has been linked to an increase in hormonal cancers, such as breast and prostrate cancer.

    Doctors aren’t taught about nutrition in school, but the data is out there!! Check doctors as Dr Michael Greger. They are changing lives through nutrition and lifestyle medicine.

    The power to prevent and cure diseases is in our daily choices.
